2) Your links show M825 smoke round. Which is standard NATO smoke round and NOT incendiary. Assad aka Putin are using incendiary weapons in towns on daily basis.
3) There is no a single starved person in Gaza even your link does not say anything about starvation. Even during rocket attacks Israel sent dozens or truckloads to Gaza every day. And I am not talking that Gaza borders Egypt. Assad aka Putin use starvation in besieged areas. This starvation tactics is confirmed by UN.
