They claim North East China being their ancestral fatherlands.

Their whole world revolves around China, Japan and US.

The North East (Dongbei) has a complicated history, it is where multiple cultures overlap. I'm from the North East so I can speak a bit about it. The North East is called many things, one of which is Guandong关东 (not to be confused with Guangdong province广东). It translates to "East of the pass", the pass referring to shanhaiguan山海关 located in Qinhuangdao. It can also be understood as East of the border, where as west of the pass is the heartlands and east of the pass is the frontier territory. The name Manchuria is misleading as it is one of the most ethnically diverse regions in China. The main groups include Han (mainly from Shandong), Manchu, Koreans, Mongolian (and related), and Hui, with other groups like Russians and Japanese. If you look at minority population census one might think they are just a small fraction of the population when in fact its not the case. Majority of those who call themselves Han have partial ancestry from ethnic minorities or full ancestry, due to centuries of mixing. They identify themselves as Han when the ethnic census was established since they are probably so mixed that it would just be easier to call themselves Han. Calling oneself Han is like saying "I'm European" its a general identification.

"There are two main dialects of Mandarin Chinese spoken in Northeast China. The dialect spoken in the majority of the Northeast is the Northeastern Mandarin, which is a very slight variant of the Standard Chinese but retains sporadic elements from native Tungusic languages, Japanese and Russian, where there are enough differences to give the dialect its own distinctive characteristics. "

"Northeastern Chinese cuisine reflects the region's ethnic diversity. Native, Manchu, Northern Chinese, Russian, Korean and Japanese cooking styles all find their traces in Manchurian cooking. One of the distinguishing characteristics of the cuisine is the use of uncooked fresh vegetables. During the long winter season, pickled Chinese cabbage, which is called "Suan Cai", is preserved and used for cooking. In almost every other region of China, vegetables are cooked thoroughly before being eaten."

It is not wrong that Koreans claim Goguryeo as their history but it is also not wrong that Chinese claim it as part of their history because it was. There is shared history.

Look in the mirror. All your mentioned negative characteristics fit perfectly to chinese tourists.
The reason why chinese tourists are so "rude" is because of the living conditions in 70's. Most chinese tourists are 40+. A time when china was a back water 3rd world country(from the economic standpoint not political) where they had to work hard all day and manners where not a priority. Due to the middle class boom they want see new things and go to other countries. But they never had the time to learn manners so the don't behave properly in more developed countries.

Manners for most people in the 40s are actually decent, the worst would be the 60+ generation who were part of the red guards, not all elders were part of the red guards but one can distinguish them by their behaviour. They have a particular disregard for authority, they would do the same things in China and disrespect cops thinking they cant do anything about it, they also enjoy large gatherings and be loud. Then there are people from rural areas that don't have much etiquette since they didn't have to adapt to the city life, its the same everywhere. What gives me hope are the people in their 20s and 30s, having met many they seem well mannered and educated, even those from poorer areas.
