It's amazing how corrupt mafia is trying hard to cover up the role of economic hitman implanted upon Pakistan by axis of evil.

Most Important to keep in consideration in any debate about CPEC is that's fundamentally it's Peshawar to Karachi motorway. Every thing else attached to it by hook or crook is just a plan to capture maximum authority and monopoly over large construction projects, which were set in motion by previous regimes, starting as early as Musharraf's rule.

CPEC was already sabotaged, when Bajwa assumed it's charge, he mainly structured it... which is right thing but was not needed, if title of CPEC was limited to motorway. Other projects should have continue as usual business, without any need of authority.

Some one said Chinese kicked Bajwa out, which is also wrong considering Chinese were in agreement with his appointment. Chinese were angry over stalling of CPEC as in M6, which as well is the last and shortest leg of KLP motorway.
Long story short, some give and take happened and Bajwa was accepted by Chinese as a change, as replacement to beloved minister.

On merit basis, only person who deserved to be chairman of CPEC was the person, who was planning and technical manager of M5 and was well respected by Chinese.

This is the incompetence I've posted about many times in regards to the military, they bring up incompetent fools and place them in positions they feel they can control. Asim Bajwa isn't a businessman or a developer he's a army man his sole purpose and training was to prepare for war, and do war not run infrastructure projects he has no clue about. Often times the military needs a hand's of approach and competent civil servants rise naturally.

Every body needs now to rectify their past mistakes for the sake of country , my humble request is this that generals need to know that in this era of time economically weak nation with vision less and corrupt political leadership country is heading no where else but to catastrophe it's a simple math, they have produced faulty and brainless products over the time , now it's time to produce Xi or khumanai or even Putin type products and act like them((their establishments supported and groomed them as every establishment does in this world to protect national interests)) , these current traitors brainless corrupt to the core and morally weak politicians, judges and bureaucracy is creating a cumulative syndrome to which I call Gorbachev syndrome, May Allah subhana tallla forbid us that we may not have USSR like future,
