Everyone knows the lame excuses of India on law and order, with West Indies, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and other team visiting Pakistan, in the current Asia cup Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Nepal visiting Pakistan without any problem, why India has the problem.

India has a long standing policy that the cricket team will not play in Pakistan. Pakistan had many options
1. They could have insisted the tournament be held in Pakistan without India
2. They could have decided not to participate if the tournament was shifted from Pakistan.
3. They could have agreed to play all their matches in SL or UAE if the tournament was shifted so that the team would not have to travel so much.

The BCCI did not prevent Pakistan from exercising any of these options. They just followed the government policy. Why blame them for PCB's lack of backbone/common sense?

It's mostly about the money, if played in Pakistan with India taking part, the host Pakistan sports channels would have been getting the main broadcasting rights and PCB getting the big money, the indian channel would be acting as subsidiaries and second fiddle, with less income for BCCI.

And India made it a pont that PCB doesn't gets the money through broadcasting rights.
