Everything is not match fixing. India is quite capable of defeating Afghanistan without it.

The thing is that Afghanistan is a much improved side, but they are not invincible. From time to time they will revert to their poor self, as they did yesterday. This is even more likely to happen on a day where they just had a mentally and physically exhausting match the previous night, coupled with the utter demotivation in playing a pointless match. It was pointless for India too, but we are more seasoned in world cricket and can play even such matches professionally.

Even Pakistan did well to restrict Afg to a modest score, but made unnecessary heavy weather of the chase. Afg are good, but not as good as some make them out to be. Their thrashing by sides like India and Pak is expected and not a surprise.

If that's fixing, then the two easy full tosses in the final over against Pakistan can also be called fixing. I could've understood low full tosses but these were balls that you see in baseball games, right in the slot for the batsmen.

But seeing the manner and obvious/blatant shit performance of the afghan team playing against india……its freaking obvious that either the afghans r sold out, or trying to mightily please india for some ipl (asskissing). Leaving catches, spilling over ball to boundary, its pathetic to watch.

When people see that happening, puts the game in dishonor, no longer a gentleman’s game it can be. Commercialisation has destroyed the game. Absurd rules, bowlers getting reported fir actions and all that, only batsmen rewarded to ensure max number of boundaries for ratings

T20 while bringing excitement and shorter matches, has also spoiled the game. Now few watch test cricket….

I’d even advocate that Pakistanis stop buying tickets for Pak-afgh match due to threat of violence from afghans.

Not sold out, just tired maybe.. also up against a much better more experienced side.

IPL contracts for foreign players are also valued at by looking at how well they've done internationally... its a bit much and going too far to say they threw a game because IPL monies, spl considering India had already been knocked out.

T 20 has its place in terms of revenue generation but I view it mostly as pop cricket, these don't mean much (I'd say the same even if India had won)

The violence in terrible but.. 3rd world shit, Brazil/south America me bhi aisa hi hota hai.. too much passion and jazbatiness.
