Asia-Africa-Europe 1 submarine cable is being filtered by India between China and Pakistan

Hello community I have noticed that the AAE-1 or Asia-Africa-Europe 1 is a submarine communications cable system from South East Asia to Europe across Egypt, connecting Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar,India, Pakistan, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Yemen, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Greece, Italy, and France. I think this cable is being filtered by India for communication Between Pakistan and China.

Basis on which I am making this claim.
As India has restricted all access to web traffic in IOK (Indian Occupied Kashmir) so it was hard to get any valid news from IOK and I was in constant search of websites or blogs that provided any such info. I came across one website that was providing info on events with in IOK (Indian Occupied Kashmir) http://www.kmsnews.org/news/ I was accessing this website perfectly fine but few days back it started giving me error "Problem loading page" and I was unable to access the website. few days I thought that the website was operated from with in India and authorities have taken it down.

I then tried to search WHOIS data for the website and came to know that the website was registered from Hong Kong

I used a proxy and I was able to access the website

I have little experience in Network but enough to manage my way through it.

So I have a question why do you think it is happening, is my assessment correct.

I don't know it is only happening for me or any one else as well. UK or US base members might not experience the blocking but I think it is being blocked for Pakistan.

This submerged cable travels from China to SCS and then to Indian ocean making it's way to Pakistan and then Red sea making it's way to Africa and Europe. If India has any such mechanism in place then it means India is commiting a crime and should be held responsible.

Assuming your assumption is correct, If India has to filter data then it will be doing for its citizens, that is standard practice followed all over World.

Why should India bother about Pakistan data content, I suggest Check with your government first before jumping to conclusion

If India is doing it for it's own citizens than India has the right to do it domestically India is not allowed to do it on international linking cables. If India snooping on International cable then it is a state sponsored Cyber crime and it can has consequences of exclusion from such networks but as I am saying this is only assumption but the most possible situation.

This should be further investigated as it is a serious problem from China and even Europe. India has no right to disrupt international communication.

I'm not diverting but giving you a basic... On what basis you're telling that India has blocked it??? i'm able to access it as we speak.. Check it with your ISP

I am claiming it because I am not able to access this site on AAE-1 network but from the other I can access it. As I said I am not an expert but this is an assumption.

Have you read what i wrote, its just assumption, anyway link is not blocked here.So I don't understand , If India is not blocking such site for its citizens but blocks it for Pakistan.That some serious twisted logic is being applied

Thats why Software Defined Networks guys say: lesser the protocols, better the inter-networking. This is your ISP sir.
