You are blinded by narrow minded nationalism. Also, you make false assumption about other countries and people you don’t know, either out of ignorance or bad intention. For example you assume because of close tie and identical ideology between Vcp and Ccp will hinder a war between the two nations. Considering we fought the most wars against China despite having the same identical ideology for centuries if not thousands of years, your prediction of peaceful China rising is more than doubtful.

Regardless of all bitterness you know Vietnam always seeks a good relationship to China, because we know we have no choice. We can’t relocate our country to other place. Your assumption I hate China in general is wrong. Vietnamese people don’t hate China in general. What we dislike is China’s arrogance and aggression.
