Anyone can be charged and jailed for rape, you don't need evidence. Cases of false rape and false dowry charges are skyrocketing in India, but people choose to ignore for various reasons..

Public is too smart not to understand whats the truth, If he is innocent as swami says then why modi govt in gujrat slapped cases against him ?

i have already clarified above, the cases are in court of law and charges are serious enough to deny him bail and all these charges have been framed when modi was CM of that state

Excuse me? What does Modi being CM of the state to do with charges? Does Modi sit and dictate the charges? Or do you believe all rape charges vetted by the govt of the states before being framed?

So will you be eating crow if he is given bail and let off and if ultimately not found guilty?

lol public can be fool as per ur opinion but what about law ? his case has been pending in court and swami is not supposed to comment that he is innocent or framed. let the court decide. swami must take this matter with state govt og bjp why he was charged with these criminal cases when he was innocent that too when modi was cm

Which is what i have been saying all along in this thread, let the law decide, don't pre judge him to be a rapist or a molester. IF the court decide he is guiltythen he is a rapist, Until then he is innocent.

JODHPUR: BJP leader Subramanian Swamy today alleged that self-styled godman Asaram had been "framed in a false case" and said he would approach court for his bail after Diwali.

"Asaram has been framed in this false case at the behest of Sonia Gandhi following his drive in Gujarat against religious conversions by missionaries," alleged Mr Swamy.

Asaram has been in jail since last two years in connection with an alleged rape case.


Mr Swamy, who met Asaram in jail for about an hour this morning, termed the entire case "bogus" and said he would be moving court once again for his bail.

"I would be coming back after Diwali and would plead for his bail in the court," he told reporters.

Mr Swamy had first visited Asaram in jail on April 23 this year before finally deciding to move to the court with a bail plea in June. His plea, however, was rejected by the trial court.

He said he discussed various aspects of the case with Asaram in jail today.

"I am sure that this entire case would not stand in the court and Asaram would walk out of jail very soon with full dignity," Mr Swamy claimed.

Which is what i have been saying all along in this thread, let the law decide, don't pre judge him to be a rapist or a molester. IF the court decide he is guiltythen he is a rapist, Until then he is innocent.

So you will presume him to be guilty even if he is proven innocent by the court ? So every Rape case in this country the man should be automatically proven guilty and his image destroyed irrespective of the evidence ? Are you insane ?
