My reply was to the query for time frame and not against any person, Nobody asks for timeframe its an age old problem and is reducing at fast pace. You can google and find plenty of references.

India's growth and path to success is proof enough.

other thing is that, india is in the process of becoming a power ,but still it isnt a power because of poverty, and the basic reason of india's poverty are the existing caste system of hindu culture.
if you and other indian guys are so sure that indian govt can delete this unfair , unlogical, & unhuman hindu cultural system, then plz show some of steps taken by indian govt , plz give some goods refrences.
