Literally, no one ever uses the term "Islamism" in Muslim world or even knows what it really means.

So you think Iranians weren't "nationalist" in 1979? You think Iranians aren't "Islamist" in 2019?

Iranians overwhelmingly will choose 'Islamic Republic' over secular-liberal Republic even TODAY in a nationwide referendum. Anyone who has been to Iran and knows about it, knows this (Unless refrendum happens only in Northern Tehran If you know, you know)

it is not meaningless: it means some political guys use Islam as a tool. how can a human being decide for the other about the religion. that is what i call manipulation and slavery.

being muslim is a set of rules and more important faith in God and good. for me.

western don't dictate anything except few fascists.
