The Philippines gets nothing in return from the USA for joining the anti-China US bandwagon while India got so much stuff like Nuke Technology, Missile Technology and Space Technology. Wake up , you Filipinos !!!!

You are indirectly saying that India is NOT CAPABLE of manufacturing any hardware so India has to resort to BUYING and hence earned the title as "World's Top Arms Importer". Yes it is a title that all Indians are proud of.

India spends £36bn a year on defence and £750m a year on its space programm
And what the article is talking about is 400m aid to specific states from UK. Do you even know how much India spent on poverty eradication ??? Something like that is missing in your country cuz everyone is rich
