No, that seat belonged to the Republic of China. PRC didn't exist till 1949 and didn't belong to P-5 till 1971. Learn some history, man. Your ignorance is killing me.

The seat belongs to a "country", not a Government.

So when the PRC was recognized by the world as being the legimate representative of China, the ROC's seat was transferred to us.

Just like the seat from the Soviet Union was transferred to the successor state, the Russian Federation.

The seat stays within the same country, it just passes from Government to Government.

India of course was not even a country in 1945, so they were not even considered for a UNSC permanent seat. Britain already had a permanent seat anyway, so there was no need.

China got UN Seat because of India . US offered to India , but India said Give to China ... thats how it got. it ..... But . noways India don't care about UN, India done business with Iraq as usual even un UN sanctions. UN also need some weak member .
