Pakistani people should hold their ground and make it known that coup is unacceptable. Let the courts handle things. If there is a motion to fire Kayani, the courts can stay it, Army should pursue that method instead of engaging 111 brigade.

I don't think the army wants a military take over. They had numerous chances for that before; and if they wanted a takeover, they could have done it before. But the writ submitted in High Court is the indication that army wants a legal action.

The 111 Brigade issue is just to threat the govt I think...

I think it'll be best for Pakistan if there is a coup now. There are so many threats that Pakistan is facing today that we can't have clowns like Zardari and Gilani handle the country. Pakistan today is not the same Pakistan of the 1990's. There are numerous external and internal threats facing Pakistan as well as a near bankrupt economy. We need army now more than ever.

Elections should be held at the end of this year or next year. Let the army fix the mess we are in now.

When someone causes a blockage for the $$$ hitting his accounts, he is eligible to fire anyone he sees appropriate.

It look less longer than I thought for me to agree with you once. The problem is that Army looks for power instead of protecting the country and politicians look to protect their behind from the Army instead of controlling power in the country.

But anyway, Army fanboys are back in season. Parde uthne dete hain. Let us see what happens. CJ had mentioned that he will in no case allow a coup ever.
