Army on Terrorism

.
you are entitled to your opinion my brother. Let’s see what happens in coming days, weeks, months 😊
Bhai America mai beth ker PDF mai bachian dekhne tu ate nai hai, Country ki fikr hai isi liye itna gussa ata hai halaat dekh ker, lets hope that the Army has a plan or two up their sleeves.

. .
An administrative and political solution is required where Govt convenes an effective setup of its departments to run FATA and Baluchistan efficiently. A military operation is not the only solution.
I am afraid Gen. Asim Munir finds himself where Raheel Sharif found himself, although the threat level is not the same but still kicking. Surrounded by civil red tape and unwillingness due to political reasons. Eventually this country would need martial law to actually go back to where it was before WOT. This abomination of civil supremacy has only led to slipping of blood earned gains.

I have negative faith in the military. because its lost its way and its now nothing more than a guild of egomaniacs. so coming days means low level sepoy will die at a great numbers as always and top brass is busy stopping IK.

Please don’t talk about martial law. There has to be another solution.

It's nice when we can finally agree on something :)

The issue is about both deterrence and governance. Better governance at home, deterring the backers of terrorist movements abroad.

One of the biggest failures in recent decades has been the ISI's inability to meaningfully raise the cost for hostile intelligence agencies and their governments. India knows that India-backed groups can carry out several attacks in Pakistan (low intensity) and India will not suffer a single retaliatory attack through Pak-backed proxies. Admittedly, things became difficult for our offensive/kinetic intel since India benefitted from US backing, but we failed to innovate, get better talent in, raise our standards. One DG after another neglected this key element of stability.

Dassu dam attack was not carried out by TTP , chamman bombing carried out by IEA
Even your own data shows from 2020 to 2022 situation remained normal

This country hasn't seen true martial law. Only generals who overtime allied themselves with politicians to kick the can down the road, and not really solve the core issues. I think the Army itself does not know how to impose true Martial Law, nationwide with true iron hands, across all the machinery of state. But 'asking' these crooks politely to course correct won't do jack either. Raheel threatened to steamroll them, still here they are, like a curse.

Changing the goal posts. You said no suicide attack and no major attack. I haven't even posted all of the data.

There we go again. Where have I heard this broken record before. Purana Pakistan.

Imagine if TTP and BLA join ranks. The Pakistani army has left these monsters unchecked to grow. We have now reached a point where the Pakistani army is just talking... Dark days ahead for Pakistan.

It also needs a political solution.

The terror financiers are outside Pakistan. Through diplomatic channels, that money supply can be blocked. For diplomacy, we need a legitimate government, not crooks installed by establishment.

Counter terrorism in not just kinetic operations. It also has political dimension.

But since the low IQ top generals only think about their retirement and how to use their position for personal gains, this very simple thing escape their tiny minds.

We might be saying this 10 years from now when Afghanistan too will be get ahead of us. Who would have thought East Pakistan, now Bangladesh, will be ahead of us? With their exports just last month, the projected export of Bangladesh will be more than $60 billion. India, which got independence with us, has foreign exchange reserves of more than $500 billion. But Pakistan is still 'ek mushkil morh sayey guzar raha hai'. Fittey moo!!!
