Kudos to SC, Army nowadays have become boldy in looting the state of Pakistan, in increasing numbers.! This is pathetic.

Everywhere it's these martyrs names, where are the other more important national heroes of pakistan!?????

Isn't this a little over his paygrade ? Questioning Army? Does he want a tag of anti-state at the fag end of his career?

The job of a judge is to provide justice hence they have to quiz who ever is present. Pakistani judges are no different in this regard hence they did exactly what they are supposed to do however this time they were quizzing the evidence provided by the army. One should not consider this to be unprofessional.

@maithil Supreme Court is given powers by the Constitution of the land regarding who can be brought in-front of the court. Queen of England along with other members of the Royal family enjoy the right of Immunity before the Courts of England but they still can be tried in the Court's of Morocco due to a Royal agreement between the Monarch's.

You, in fact, have no idea how the Army (all the armed forces actually) steals land. I have seen it myself multiple times. You'd be hard pressed to differentiate them from two bit thugs. Don't even stop when it comes to land of educational institutes. In one attempt there was a firefight witnessed by thousands of people. The land owners won and still live there.

Actually i do (not stealing since that doesnt happen), i know how the DHA process was envisioned and started. As for land grabbing and land stealing, you have simply no idea how and who is involved, its easy to point fingers and blame Army, so yeah you just joined the band wagon, carry on.
