Purpose of this thread is to understand what different people think are critical areas for Pakistan armed forces where this money should be spent. This money should solely be spent on procurement of equipment and R&D if desired, only.
Rules:
1 - You have $12 billion
2 - You have access to any supplier and technology
3 - This amount is fixed and can be spent in next 5 years, however it is available to you right now
4 - No other amount will be given for next 5 years (excluding salaries, maintenance and other indirect costs of future and current system/equipment)
5 - Money can be spent on Air force, Land forces and Navy
Posters from any country can contribute without trolling !
