Arma 6x6 in an unknown Arab country

You can easily tell that vehicles with that camo will be exported to countried with deserts. Why would they othrreide test it in the desert? Not for turkey.
Also as far as I can tell the arma was never ordered by the Turkish forces and there are also no plans to.

Okay to cut this short, the country that is getting the ARMA is the UAE. That is the UAE army camo, we already have a MoU to locally manufacture PARS 8X8

The Question is not what the Saudi´s or UAE will Order !

The Question is what will Turkey CHOOSE !

THIS IS A BIG QUESTION !!!

I mean you all know Turkish Armed Forces needs something that is better then a BTR ......-.-

But 336 looks for the Turkish Armed Forces not enough !

I would say go for ARMA because it belongs to Otokar but if not FNSS one probably.Considering TSK always go for %100 Turkish companies like Otokar/BMC we can expect ARMA to be chosen.

.
The Only 100 % Turkish Company is maybe Otokar !

BMC is not 100 % Really Turkish ... !!!

They have choose them to not give Otokar so much Power.

. . .
Not Really.
The Wikipedia page says:
BMC is one of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturers in Turkey.

It was formed in 1964 by Ergün Özakat in partnership with the British Motor Corporation (also known as BMC) in İzmir.

In 1989 the company was fully acquired by the Çukurova Holding of Turkey.
So BMC shares should be 100% in Turkish hands unless the wikipedia isn't up to date.

According to the FNSS PARS wikipedia page, Turkish army has 1000 Pars vehicles on order.

Why is there still a need to buy 336 of these vehicles when they already got 1000 Pars vehicles on order?

Do these 336 vehicles supposed to have some sort of feature that the Pars vehicles don't have? Maybe have protection against nuclear, chemical and biological threats?

Don't the Pars's have nuclear, biological and chemical threat protection? Is this type of protection standard on all newly developed armored vehicles, or is it dependent on configuration only?

Yeah but, there isn't exactly many sources to go on concerning this issue.

I know the thing about Wikipedia, that's why I specified that I got the info from Wikipedia so everyone can choose if they believe or not believe what I say. And people can potentially correct me if it does turn out to be wrong.

IDEF 2013 will show us Clearity.

The First big Important Thing is the new Assault Rifle that will Replace the G3 ´s.

.
Guys,
BMC isn't a contender in any (8x8 OR 6x6) OR (APC OR IFV) tender(s). They only produce tactical wheeled vehicles and MRAPs.

={HEMA Industries AND Otokar AND FNSS} are competing in this field and Otokar is most likely to win. It's partly because Otokar has %100 Turkish share and partly because FNSS already made some good profit out of Pars' export success' and partly because HEMA sucks a little :)
