Arm each able citizen of Pakistan

In case of ground invasion from Pakistan's enemy, general public would be left defenseless. It would be wise to arm each and every grown up of Pakistan, arming them with modern weapons, so that they could fight for their country just in case. 100 million plus potential soldiers is a huge deterrent for any army.

Anyone over the age of 18, male or female. I would suggest anyone aged 13+.

Lol who's even left in Pakistan without some sort of weapons? Plenty of arms available. What's lacking is training and command centre. If worse comes to shove, it would be more prudent to have localised command centres for citizens militias.

It is the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad pbuh. All males of fighting age should train, stay physically fit and have a weapon for war time, as well as adequate ammo (if you can afford to). The house of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh was bare, other than his weapons.
