This is called ocean fishing. China (including Taiwan), South Korea and Japan are all doing this. Buy a permit from local countries and get the right to do fishing nearby. Many countries with good fishing resources do not have the right equipment or market. So they sell permits to foreign companies.Something fishy going on here! Thank you very much for comparing my professionalism to the level of CCTV crews. That's really a great honor to me. Some people do not like to improve his/her professionalism through learning from successful professionals, get pissed off by society and resent the government in their whole life. Society requires high level of professionalism for people managing high level of resources because any of your mistakes can be amplified. If you are not professional, you will fail in China and you will also fail in United States. In United States, there are so many high level Chinese dissidents treated as trashes. American society are giving me much and much more resources than them because my professionalism can contribute positively to American society while they are not professional.
