Are You Scared Now? Congress Declares US Is Losing Media War With Russia

Look at it this way, some people like Kim Kardashian, so there will always a way to sell stuff that related to her to those ignorant follower. Then there are people who hate her, and people will find a way get the message across.

I, on the other hand, don't like or dislike her, so whatever cloud of either side does not bother me. But when people are talking about her, whether or not if people are hating her or liking her, her stock will went up.

Now, replace Kim Kardashian with RT, and see what I meant :)

To most readers, US opinion, both its media and government is worthless garbage.

In that regard, it is refreshing to know that the feeling is pretty much mutual as to the view of each other's media on this forum.

Russia’s Multipolar Concept Runs Counter to US Hegemonic Ambition

Analysts claim that unlike the Unites States, Russia is interested in building a multipolar world based on balanced relations and mutual respect.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Unlike the Unites States, Russia is interested in building a multipolar world based on balanced relations and mutual respect, analysts told Sputnik on Thursday.

They commented on Russian President Vladimir Putin's remark about Washington claiming exclusivity as the sole center of power and seeking "vassals," rather than allies. The Russian leader was speaking during his annual Q&A session on Thursday.

China-Led Development Bank Establishes New Multipolar Economic Order

Stevan Gajic, who is Research Fellow at the Institute for European Studies in Belgrade, Serbia, said Russia's objective as a world power to create a multipolar system runs counter to the US tradition of treating the rest of the world as its own backyard.

"As many other countries, Russia is trying to create a balanced system of international relations, it supports a multipolar world. But it contradicts the US policy with its ambassadors who act as if they were in their provinces all over the world," Gajic told Sputnik.

Martin Braxatoris, co-chairman at the Slovak information portal DespiteBorders.com, agreed that the United States was focused on creating a monopolar world.

Russia and countries like BRICS member states – Brazil, India, China and South Africa – believe this would not be "profitable" enough for emerging economies.

"It's obvious that one of the most important things for the Unites States is the creation of a monopolar world… In the present circumstances it is logical that Russia is trying to distance itself from the creation of a monopolar world," Braxatoris told Sputnik.

Pakistan Wants Russia to Play Larger Role in International Politics

A British expert, Marcus Papadopoulos, told Sputnik earlier that the United States has no use for equal partnerships and only needs countries that will lobby for its interests.

He named Britain, Israel and Saudi Arabia as three of the main US satellite states, with Poland and the Baltic States being the most recent additions.

Moscow's relations with the West hit rock bottom following the reunification of Crimea with Russia last March, following a referendum. The United States, the European Union and their allies accused Russia of illegally annexing the peninsula and fuelling the armed conflict in southeastern Ukraine. They introduced a series of economic sanctions against Russia. Moscow has repeatedly denied these accusations.

Russia’s Multipolar Concept Runs Counter to US Hegemonic Ambition

Couldn't it be argued that Russia is crying about losing its base of hegemony by claiming to support multipolarity?

Take for instance two large countries like China and India. Have they ever claimed allegiance to the US hegemony??
Has something suddenly shifted with them?

If anything Russia's sphere of vassal states has collapsed and many jumped ship.

I guess you need to wait until China and Russia further encroaches on Latin America。

We have had a cozy relationship with them for mostly food not politics/defense. Like when has Brazil in the last 50 years stood up at the UN and clapped for the US??

I guess you will have to when other great powers start to use the region in accordance with their national interests. Then it will be interesting.

So it will be a LESS of a multipolar world as countries start taking sides.

You are going against the topic of this article.

What I am saying is that the US will likely have to be forced to change its interventionist policies as Latin America sides with multiple outside powers. For example, changing regime in Venezuela or Bolivia won't be a walk in the park.

The U.S. has already removed most of the dictators-for-life.
Only a few are left. You don't even have to do anything...most of them have been pink tide for the last 10 years.

Of course the pathological liars from USA has lost the info war.Tell the truth and will win info war.But since truth is something non existing in USA dictionary they have lost and no amount of money poured and paid trolls will change the reality. Not to mention USA liars and their paid trolls obviously have missed a "minor"detail -it is 21st century.Everyone actually interesting from truth, facts and reality have more than enough available sources online to stay informed and see through "news" (garbage) coming out from Western MSM.So triple the planned money and hire even more paid trolls -it does not matter.

I think you dont understand what my friend Peter was trying to say Taishang. What he meant was that Russia is only claiming they want a multi polar order tody simply because their empire collapse and they are losing more and more influence everyday to other rising/more dynamic developing countries(and of course U.S /western dominance), so the only way for them to remain relevant these coming decades is to try and have a multi polar world.

Remember when Russia was almost as powerful as the U.S/west during its US.S.R heydays, did it accept/agree to be equl partners with Mao's China? answer is BIG NO. They treated you like a juniour partner obviously/puppet and wanted to impose their will/way on you people, unfortunately for them Mao didnt agree and hence split with Russia and later sided with the U.S. Which country/Soviet ally that time was an equal partner with Russia??? India??NO, Cuba?? NO, OCCUPIED eastern european countries?? No . They had no parner/ally they treated as an equal(which i understand, since none of their allies/partner was as powerful as them). So you people dont have to act as if Russia is some kind of saint who always wanted/liked to treat its allies/partners as equal. LMAO . That will be an irony.

will be interesting to see the Russian -chinese relationship 20 years from now when China is soooo big that Russia might look like ukraine towards them. We will see if it wi be an 'equal' reationship.:partay:

Apparently, Clinton, if ever elected, will continue the trend.

Apparently, she enjoys larger assets.

The Ascent of Hillary Clinton, the $.2.5 Billion “People’s” Candidate

“It is the triumph of filthy rich campaign contributors.”

Hillary Clinton just announced that she’s running for president. However, this commentary is not really about her. It’s about a nation of more than 300 million people in which politics has become the sole property and domain of the rich. The rich decided some time ago that Hillary Clinton would be the virtually unchallenged presidential candidate of the Democratic Party. The 48 percent of Americans that express an affinity with the Democratic Party have not yet chosen Clinton. There has been no primary election in any state. But, that does not matter because the selection process that counts occurs in the boardrooms and mansions and private clubs and getaways of the rich. Hillary Clinton and her husband, Bill, have spent virtually their entire adult lives on the millionaires’ campaign circuit, the rich man’s primary. In the process of pleasing the rich, they have become rich, themselves.

Hillary hopes to spend two and a half billion dollars of – mostly – rich people’s money in the 2016 campaign. Wealthy people will be just as generous with the Republican candidate. The outcome on Election Day is absolutely certain: the rich man’s candidate will definitely win, and the people will lose – because they have no candidate in the major parties.

The people are not even in the game; the contest is over before the Democratic Party’s formal selection process even begins. And, when primary season does arrive, it will only be a formality. The menu has already been printed, and Hillary will be the main course for Democrats next year.

Democratic voters can say “Yes” to Hillary, but they can’t say “No,” because the party machinery and the rich men who pay for that machinery will crucify and expel any Democrat who seriously challenges her from the Left.

The Party has always been a scam.

The Democratic Party’s apologists like to call it a big tent with room for Blacks and browns and gays and labor and peace-loving people. But it’s actually a huge trap designed to contain and politically neutralize the folks who might otherwise turn against the rich. The Party has always been a scam, but at least in the old days it put on a populist show to fool the rank and file into believing that they could actually influence the party’s direction. However, Wall Street is determined that there will be no serious Democratic deviation from the corporate agenda set by Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. Hillary Clinton would represent the third Clinton presidency – which, for Wall Street, is just as good as the two George Bush presidencies. Maybe better, because labor and Blacks and that fuzzy cohort called liberals will all think they won the election, when nothing could be farther from the truth. Rank and file Democrats will see the fait accompli of Hillary’s nomination as a sign of unity among Democrats, when in fact it is the triumph of filthy rich campaign contributors. The rich have shown great solidarity in uniting behind a Democratic presidential candidate. Later on, they will unite around a Republican candidate, too. After that, it won’t matter who wins.

So they decided that Hillary should lose to Barack "who the hell is this complete nobody" Obama in 2008? And then have Obama give her the complete snub by not even picking her as Vice President? Sounds like a plan!

Hey wait a minute she is a known Netanyahu critic. How does this jibe with the U.S. candidate who is pro-Israel always getting the money??
