Tell me why should it matter to a nation or groups of people who suffer at the hands of terrorists spawned by Pakistan that Pakistan too is suffering form its ill effects ?
That is because it is the favour of the free world itself that terrorism has become such a major issue. Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya and even Afghanistan in its own twisted way were largely stable countries before the world decided to lend an unwanted hand. It is not only about Pakistan, Libya was the country with the highest GDP and PhDs per capita before the free world gave them their own brand of freedom and now dismiss them as savages, laughing at their misfortune.
Its a problem willingly & short sightedly created by Pakistan in the vain hope that its ill effects would be directed outside its borders only. Even the naivest agencies would know thats such groups have a mind & agenda of their own.
You severely overestimate the permeance of Pakistan's Kashmir proxies in the contemporary conflict and besides Pakistan is neither the first nor the last countries to have used proxies.
Pak must stop playing the victim card - its seems hollow even to those who use it.
It is hardly India's position to be judging Pakistan against any criteria unless they have applied the same to themselves first. For India itself has painted itself as a victim.
Insurgency problems? They must be coming from Pakistan.
Currency devaluation? Pakistan is smuggling in fake currency.
Administrative problems? Pakistan backed terrorists are destroying infrastructure.
