Are Pashtuns descendents of lost tribes of Israel?

Jatts:

Gujjars:

Explain how Jatts and Gujjars have the same origion?

Quoting wiki are you? Also, trying spelling origin correctly. Not exactly a difficult word.

What you quoted are useless wiki articles on supposed origins of Jatts and Gujjars which are mostly based on hearsay and legends.

Try looking at this website and see how similar Jatts and other Punjabis are genetically.

Punjab was once inhabited by Dravidians, so what the hell is ethnic Punjabis?

Punjab has been inhabited by many different people if you go back far enough. Ethnic Punjabis are people native to the Punjab region of Pakistan and India who share cultural and ethnic similarities.

Since you like wiki articles, try reading this. At least there is more supporting research and sources for it than for the Jatt and Gujjar pages.

"And the idea that Indian Punjabis are so pure they didnt mix with Uttar Pradesh Dalits, or the swarms of Indians from elsewhere in India that can freely travel into Delhi is not only racist but wishfully racist"

The idea that there was a pure punjabi to begin with (even when punjab lies in the border of subcontinent and mixed with myriad of races) is not only racist but ignorant as well!

Maybe you overlooked the fact that wikipedia does have citations at the bottom. Pathetic.

The facts are that there is no ethnic group in the world that is pure. Human beings have been mixing with with one another since we came into existence. What is true is that people can be somewhat closer to one another genetically based on their ethnic group and origin.

Try reading through the sources moron. Have you ever took the time to do this? Besides, the sources for Jatts and Gujjars are again mostly hearsay and theories based on stories that have been past down through text or other sources. Most of the other sources just mention them as castes.

What does it have to do with Jatts? Well, if it is a Punjabi tribe/caste/sub-ethnic group, then you share cultural and ethnic relations to Punjabi Jatts. I don't know much about Arain Punjabis though. Based on the research I've done, they are an agriculturalist caste so they more than likely have had much contact with Jatts who are also primarily agriculturalists.

i never got to understand Indian punjabis. Punj-ab means 5 rivers. Tell me how many flow in the Indian side. I just know that they also have a Jatt ethnic but other than that i frankly have no idea about them. they always seemed to me that they are more like hindus but only converted.

Do you speak Punjabi? Would you resent a Pakistani Punjabi Jatt or even a Indian Punjabi Jatt considering you as a Punjabi brother in some manner? I'm just curious. I understand most Pakistanis consider themselves Pakistani first but I'm still rather curious about it.

Dude whether we are punjabis or not thanks to some people ( those who immigrated from India) got us influenced to speak Urdu now. Only my dad and my grandparents speak it. I understand 100% of it but its hard to speak.

Yes, Punjab does mean 5 rivers in Farsi if I'm correct. Anyways, Indian Punjab does have part of the Beas and Satluj flowing through it.

Indian Punjab also has Khatris, Rajputs, Aroras, etc. which I'm sure Pakistan Punjab does as well.

Anyways, Punjabis in general were all Hindu or Buddhist prior to converting to Islam. The Pakistani Punjabis and even Kashmiris were as well. If I'm correct, most Kashmiri Muslims were Hindu Kashmiri Pandits before converting to Islam.

So your grandparents immigrated to Punjab from Kashmir and became culturally Punjabi? From what I understand, it's mostly only the old generation in Pakistan Punjab that can speak Punjabi.

Aren't people who have last names 'sheikh' those who were once hindus? the converted ones now?

My grandparents paternal were from Jammu. I can speak punjabi very well.

correct. But according to some of my ancestors we were buddhists not hindus. My grandpa and his brothers were the first ones to start the kashmiri movement. Some of his brothers and friends hijacked an indian plane to go to Pakistan. They later formed the Kashmir liberation Front. the others side were almost all doctors serving in the British Army and later Pak army.
