Most likely built and designed by Iran Electronics industry(which is a subsidiary of MOD) and Army's research and self sufficiency jihad organization.

In Iran we don't have private firm in weapons manufacturing industry, and I am sure the Iran can manufacture T/R module because Iran has already built Phased array radars and have more in development.

Well u always start from small and gradually improve to big things...........At least thats a start for Iran and gradually they will be able to build the radars of israeli standards.

After all Israelis or americans didnt rolled out AESA on the first day.

Well you are generally right but this is not our first radar.

Mersad Air defense system Radars
Mersad Air defense system uses four radars. The PAR radar, called Kavosh, is an upgraded copy of the original AN/MPQ-50. The maximum range is increased to 150 km and an IFF system is added to the radar. A new CWAR called Jouiya is used to detect low altitude targets. The HPIR radar(Called Hadi) is an upgraded version of AN/MPQ-46 with an additional EO system attached to it, Mersad is also equipped with a new supplemental HPIR radar. . All of the radars use solid state electronics to have more resistance to electronic warfare and can be linked to the other Mersad systems.

well a-rab is out of equation to begin with ! its like saying meteor doesnt pose a threat to shistosoma mansoni , but abt israeli regime and us ;

as u most probably dont know a radar is not a weapon ! its an instrument to detect intruders / guide weapons .

so if us/israel dont think about attacking iran there wont be any threat posed from this radar .

but if they do , well its another story .
