ARABIC, A LANGUAGE IN DECLINE

I asked you guys because it seems the figures for Iran are fluctuating (almost +20.000 in just 2 years)? However, I do think that the net figures for Turkey and Iran are similar.
the result for Iran even fluctuating on monthly base as we have a yearly book fair that publishers tend to try publish their books in the months before it .(it's held in middle of the may) in the year of 2015 in the fair they showed more than 300'000 Iranian book and more than 160'000 foreign books. in 2009 it was 207'000 Iranian and 70'000 foreign book

@Hack-Hook when I was in University (in one of not big Cities of Iran) I and my friends usually went to library in the city and I can assure you that library were full of the young girl and boys.
Sometimes we couldn't find empty table and seat, so we need to go to another library or university library.

when I look new generations (my cousins), I can see they are continuing to go to libraries. At least libraries are good places to young boys and girls see each other in healthy environment.

I said this to say Iranian are continuing to read books hopefully but I am agree that is not enough good yet.

@KediKesenFare
Iran have one of the biggest book gardens of the world. and as you can see that place is most of the time busy.

An Iranian citizen, in average, spends two minutes per day reading, and considering the rate of 90 minutes in developed countries such as Japan and the UK, or 55 minutes per day in developing countries such as Turkey or Malaysia, it is a disaster” asserted the head of Iranian National Library and Archive in 2010.

I dont think 2 mins per day is a correct number.

The issue in Iran is this culture of education. Every man and his dog must go to school and must get educated. You are immediately judged by the society if you are unaware on any topic. Very judgemental super competitive and cruel society we have....I won't even mention the societal pressure on the kids to make something out of themselves as in a bonafide career.

This culture has its goods and bads, but its truly a rat race.

I don’t know about the twelve Shia..but they must be good since it upset you so freaking bad..There is no God that can save you sorry as....ses..Take the clue from Saddam when he add “ALLAH AKBAR” to the Iraqi flag without asking his permission..He was doomed , Kaddaffy too..and you dumbasses, you are a half breath from being done by the Jews..it seems Allah is with them..

Where was your pagan berber gods when the Arabs took Berber women as sex slaves.

.
Yeah, now you go cry to moderators you little girl. After you use insults over and over again towards Arab members of the forum.
That one thing I have never done since I become a member of this forum..You can talk to your Modo friends and especially the ones on the Saudi prodigy's pay role, like your minion self..I may have contributed to deleated some of his many pdf accounts, but there is not ounce I have asked any Moderator to erase a thread, a comment or ban a member for what they have written...after all , this is a space of exchanging ideas, even if they are spicy!
I wiil keep showing the Arab shortcoming, especially after they financed and still financing, Algeria's destruction, the killing of 200,000 of her citizen, the destruction of her economy...You will always be my target! as long as you are destroying Syria, you all be my target...As long as Islam is not reformed and still under the Wahabi and the MB's doctrine, you will be my target...So 6th street squatter be ready...!

Where was your pagan berber gods when the Arabs took Berber women as sex slaves.
Berber history, civilisation, is a lot older that the country of the jailbirds and the indesirable..You have first to get your behind loose from my neighbors ball hitch, before you can comment on the Berbers!

There are not few , there are quite a few Pakistanis who master Arabic. History tells us quite a few highly graded Arabic Scholars have been non Arabs .You cannot state a local dialect of a Bedouin tribe as Arabic .
Arabic Grammar is Derived From Quran , for all the set of rules of the language Quran is the key .
The only thing that Pakistanis learn from the Arabs is the violence..nothing else..Be real Pal!

At uni I picked up Arabic as a language for 1 yr (cant learn much except basic introduction for very basic communication) and we were taught Egyptian dialect not MSA. So even if more people (like me - non Arab) learn Arabic, we dont necessarily learn MSA...
Exactly what the article shows one of the main weakness of Arabic language, it disparity between the way it is taught...mostly by incompetents! I can take the Algerian exemple, most of the teacher brought from Egypt, were from the Muslim Brotherhood that Nasser didn't want..And in the 80's when those school kids reach their twenties, they engulfed Algeria in flame, blood and destruction, that was the summum of their education in the Hands of @Falcon29 likes.

can you please also present the source url? Thank you
The great things about Google is to find the article's authors...:close_tema::cheers:

Sadly the young generation who go to library go there to study their books for Konkoor ,a fraction of them go there to read something aside from textbooks

well in 2016 it was 13 min .I'm aware of that 2min but for that they excluded religious books like Quran or Mafatih-al-Jenan and the textbooks and news paper , after adding textbook to that it become 6 min

by the way the number in different research is different I even saw 76min for Iran but honestly I don't knew how they estimated that

and by looking at these it seems south and east Asia are at top of the list

Which religion is that? The one that killed 200,000 Algerians, ruined the economy and pushed drove of doctors, scientists, writers, singer to forced emigration, or the one that turned Soamalia in a waste land, or Libyan and Siryans cities into a Hiroshima canvas, or the one that is erasing anything that is Yemeni? Please tell us among all these brand of Islam, which one is the one protecting the animals?

Dude I will not defend who killed innocent people , but the numbers you are giving are nothing when it is compared to what the US and Allies have killed in Vietnam , Iraq and Afghanistan .

I am not here to defend people with fake labels , posturing themselves as Muslims and taking innocent lives and powered by the US .
