This tank had such a thin armor that it was penetrated from front even from large caliber machineguns and each round did penetrate the armour.

I have one question though these new Puma and Centauro type Tank Detroyers or these modern tank destroyers do that have same concept from ww2 with longer barrel higher velocity but lower caliber ? just like 57 mm's which were very powerful even against tiger so what is the concept now ?

Which of the three?

A present day 25mm AIFV cannon with modern ammo can pierce a modern MBTs armor, just not in the frontal arc.
With Puma and Centauro, the idea is to get the same fire power as a modern MBT on a lighter wheeled platform, which is not intended to go head on with tanks.

The WW2 SdKfz 234/2 Puma with turret mounted 50mm was a reconnaisance vehicle equipped to be able to fend for itself away from the main force i.e. deal with light armor and opfor recce vehicle as well as infantry. 234/3 got a short semi-fixed 75mm and 234/4 a long-barreld 75mm to deal with threats.

The 1990s Iveco Puma 6x6 and the Puma 4x4 too are recce vehicles, primarily for Italy's cavalry regiments. The Centauro was intended for light to medium territorial defense and tactical reconnaissance. It is intended to provide Leo 1 firepower but with greater strategic mobility. The main mission of the Centauro is to protect other lighter elements of the cavalry

The Centauro is designed to withstand in the baseline configuration 14.5 mm bullets and shell fragments with protection against 25 mm munition on the frontal section. The addition of bolt-on appliqué armour increases protection against 30 mm rounds. Upgraded Centauro with a low recoil 120/45 cannon in a newly designed turret and with new composite armour can resist up to 40mm APFSDS rounds on the front and 14.5mm on the rest of the body

Todays 8x8s with large gun mount high pressure guns like those found on MBTs, adapted for a smaller, lighter vehicle but firing the same ammo as MBTs. The main issue with these big guns on a wheeled platform is gun recoil and vehicle stability (relatively narrow vehicle and turret ring compared to MBT). That and available turret space.

Thanks I was talking about HA-Go

Ok.

It proved sufficient against infantry, but it was not designed to fight other tanks.
...
Due to doubts by the infantry as to its capability for infantry support it was tested in Manchuria in the winter of 1934/1935
...
The infantry had concerns that the armor was insufficient; however, the cavalry indicated that the improved speed and armament compensated for thin armor.
...
In the end, the infantry agreed, as the Type 95 was still superior to the only available alternative, which was the Type 92 Heavy Armoured Car.
...
In 1940 the Thai army acquired approximately 50 Type 95s. A number of them spearheaded the Thai invasion of Burma's Shan States during the Second World War. In 1952 the tanks were decommissioned

for japan it was but it was not overall a tank to be said with armor as weak as armored cars and getting spanking from a tank like stuart I would not prefer it.
Looked more like early era tanks only with machine gun that is good against infantry only.
Designed 1933–1934
> That means early era tanks, when there was still the difference made between infantry tank and cruisers. The separation of tank functions into specialised areas such as infantry and cruiser types was eventually proven not effective.

The Japanese Imperial Army used 'tankettes' as infantry support in the 1930s and into World War II. These small light tanks were also referred to as armored cars (though they usually only held a crew of two and appeared like miniature tanks) and included the Type 92, Type 94, and Type 97 "TK" vehicles. Japanese troops would ride on the fast-moving tankettes, use them as tractors to pull equipment, or otherwise use them in support roles. Only later versions of the tankettes came equipped with anything other than machine guns. These vehicles were successful supporting infantry in campaigns against China in the 1930s but were not designed to engage other tanks with armor that was meant to repel only small arms fire.
