It should be obvious, otherwise why our military shall buy a beast that has an extremely vulnerable side. If we buy with the unit cost of 100+ millions of dollars ( included training and everything) , and then it get shot down with a MANPAD too easily , then it will be a catastrophe. So indeed military is buying this stuff by taking it seriously I think.
Did she ever use anti Pakistan rhetoric when she won 1996 election? She didn't. And also you see Hasina already opened her mouth against India by saying that India did unnecessary thing with NRC and CAA. So I think situation is changing. So I think there is a possibility that even when Hasina in power, the atmosphere will be changed. Let's say after this term (2023), she will turn against India literally. She still have 4 long years before 2013-24 election, and another 5 years after it. So 9 years is too long to change her mindset I think, so I think there is nothing to lose hope about her in this Pakistan issue.
Contrary to popular belief, neither she give priority to Indian interest over national interest, nor her father did it. IMHO, it's only for the good works of sheikh Hasina and for the reputation of bangabandhu sheikh Mujib is the reason why AL is still popular despite the nasty works of BCL goons and chamchami of other leaders and ministers.
So perhaps after Hasina AL will be gone forever if it can't change its mindset. But I wish Hasina will remove weeds of her party before retiring, so that without her presence, her party doesn't suffer much ( because of Indian stooge leaders).
Finally only Hasina doesn't have to change her mindset about Pakistan, but also common Pakistanis must have to change their stance on sheikh Hasina and
Pakistan also should be warm with Hasina politically with fresh intention. They must have to realize that it's 2020 and not 1971. So we are no longer one of their province, we are independent nation since 49 years.
So who will be our prime minister, and who will not be, it's completely our choice not their or any others ( no slightest compromise here) , and they also must have taking anti Hasina side overtly. It's like poking others noes in our internal matter, and it's not acceptable. Are we going to do the same? We don't. Do we care who is in the power in Pakistan or not? We don't. We consider Pakistan as friendly nation despite caring who is the pm.
So as long as Hasina change her political rhetoric ( already in decline) , then common Pakistani people must stop abusing her using profane words.
And using profane words against sheikh Mujib must be considered as using profane words against Bangladesh.
My position is clear, I did care what is sheikh Mujib for them, but if they or anyone want to maintain good relationship with us, they must have to recognize Mujib as our founding father, case closed.
We have a special identity and that is not based on India Pakistan war, but it's based on our liberation war. I am against to use liberation war as political tool as AL used to do it, and also want others ( be it Pakistani or others) to recognize our freedom war as the base of the foundation of Bangladesh instead of so called India Pakistan war.
And you can't even imagine our freedom war without sheikh Mujib. So who accept sheikh Mujib, and stop despising him, he/she/they are accepting Bangladesh as separate entity.
We prefer our honor more than any kind of friendship and brotherhood, and that's it.
So only blaming Hasina onsided ( not addressing you it's for everyone as you are an AL supporter and I am not, I just tolerate this govt for sheikh Hasina alone) for everything perhaps unwise thing to do. Hasina is not the root of all cause, but also at past Pakistan's position on our internal politics also a major cause that sheikh Hasina became like this.
So Pakistan also will have to maintain warm relation with her
politically and even after this ( politically mutual with Pakistan) her anti Pakistan stance remain unchanged, then only we can blame her for everything, otherwise not. Their shall be no compromise one sided only from us, but it's their duty too.
