lol p90x is a good workout, if you only want to lose fat, if you want to add muscle to your physique while shredding fat, i suggest you do isolation work along with 30 minutes of cardio each day. Remember diet is 80% and 20% workout, abs are made in the kitchen, so eat lean.

thisis all what i required just get a weight bag...2 modular dumbels with weights.. 1bench rod..
a bench and a matt..thts it.
3 days hypertrophy workout ,which entails heavy weight less reps(assuming u know ur workout)
and
then 2 days cardio..thts it ..
if u do it seriously ull get major results in a month
