anybody using P90X

P90X for extreme. It is a hardcore exercise. Your body get ripped within 3 months. Anyone using it?

lol p90x is a good workout, if you only want to lose fat, if you want to add muscle to your physique while shredding fat, i suggest you do isolation work along with 30 minutes of cardio each day. Remember diet is 80% and 20% workout, abs are made in the kitchen, so eat lean.

dont do that you are not a swimsuit model.Eat proteins like chicken and fish,avoid sugar,flour and rice.

everyday try either running,swimming,cycling,skipping so that there are variations.For strength training use your bodyweight push-ups,squats,crunches.

This will work well.First drop the fat and get lean after that starting building muscle mass with a different diet and workout plan.Remember a statue is made after removing the rough edges so first the fat and then add the muscle.

thisis all what i required just get a weight bag...2 modular dumbels with weights.. 1bench rod..
a bench and a matt..thts it.

3 days hypertrophy workout ,which entails heavy weight less reps(assuming u know ur workout)
and
then 2 days cardio..thts it ..

if u do it seriously ull get major results in a month
