bhai i was very very busy last 3 days sorry can not have to reply nice way .

he is just over acting its robbery charge they took him no need big contacts for such small thing . he should go to police station and meet TAFTEESHI mostly ASI . and ask him ether he filed FIR or not if yes then go and meet a young lawyer and take bail . if ot then talk to him for release he will take a single note and let him go . police can not keep anyone without FIR and present to court . so that is why they are themselves scared and walking on two side sword .all he need go to police station . posting on internet for such a small thing is useless .

Police is their to help us citizens. Why be afraid ? Go to the thana and be a little assertive. If they don't backdown become aggressive but not physically violent. Just shout at them, browbeat them. Never back down.
