For such projects the DRDO doesn't give weekly updates to the press. Be patient- you'll find out when the rest of us do.

btw, before the A6 comes, it is the turn of A5 to get operationalized/canisterized.. so op plz have patience..

Most probably they are stuck with Finding the most difficult to manufacture Composites and alloys for the missile...Hence the delay..

Agni-VI is a completely new missile. Two stage, full composite, more MIRVs, much smaller and lighter than Agni-V. Agni-VI is specially for submarines with land version as well. Range 8000+ km.
