i am at beginners level been doing it for 2 months losing weight is a priority for now but i find calisthenics better than lifting weight i feel stronger but thats my opinion!Haha sorry to hear that man, be careful. I am more scared of the emotional trauma my family will give me for years if they find out I broke something doing this at home lol. Gym is different.
and yes i have to be extra careful not to break things around the house!
