Any bodybuilders?what protein should I go for.

As Pakistanitarzan has provided details, I am skipping many of the pointers. I take Optimum whey for recovery drink(I add couple of scoops of dextrose or Gatorade powder) immediately after the workout. But stay away from it the other days as simple sugar is involved. I take whey protein occasionally on non-workout days but just that.

Apart from that, I suggest

1. Hydrate well
2. Omega 3
3. COQ -10 - I started it recently and have seen my recovery time getting reduced from 3-4 days to about 2 days.
4. A multivitamin every day

I have tried nitro tech till now,nothing great gained only 1.5 KG using one full container for a month or slightly longer.
My height is around 6 feet,weigh 69KG 15 inch biceps(with pump) and 37 chest.
Any suggestions what protein shake I should go for? Many are taking Optimum 100%,I m still confused!
Also is it necessary to go for non veg diet? Like chicken breast or tandoori chicken to get good muscl gains? Or egg white is enough?

If you prefer veg then Udad Daal is a very good source of protein. For Omega 3's flax seeds are a good source. Can use flax seeds to make Chutney, but avoid roasting them.
