I mean think about it what means of cross checking existed to verify what governments were saying in 1940s. So just like false flags today. That's the point of the resolution. It is to limit the freedom of expression to be a Nazi, limit the freedom of association with Nazis, and limit right to peaceful assembly of Nazis. If you have a problem with that then there really isn't much to discuss.
