I am convinced given the reception Bajwa is being given in western military circles, he and his collaborators in the army have compromised Pak nuc capabilities. He must have divulged over his tenure secrets on location size and capability. Otherwise why the retirement to a safe western country like Belgium. Why not Middle East like Raheel and Musharraf. Baig who had a role in Zia’s death did not leave the country.. why is Bajwa doing so. Because there may still be patriotic elements in PA who would want to eliminate him but afraid to do so (integrity of chain of command etc) and he knows what treachery he has done and may be a target in Pak after he retires..
The fact that general Nasser types and their practices are tolerated and even accepted just shows how deep the rot has become. Surgery is not the answer but major amputations are required to cleanse the cancer.
There needs to be an internal coup in the army to replace the whiskey drinkers with true Islamic mujahids, who have the fear of Allah inside them not the fear of the US.. and they need to wake up and realize they will be held accountable in the court of Allah swt for remaining idle bystanders while corruption and Zulm is being carried out by their colleagues.

The Code of Civil procedure was passed in 1908 and it came into force in 1909 while its extent is enacted in whole Pakistan since 1947. This is the tradition followed in law with its roots in British empire so your beef with traditions of Pakistan Army getting their roots from British when the law system has been inherited from British also, is childish itself.

But tbf, the criticism as in most cases have gone beyond reasoning many times.

Didn’t establishment knew about Altaf Hussian involvement with RAW? Why did they protected him and allowed his criminal gang to run havoc in Karachi? Why they created MQM-H and allowed these parties to kill thousands of Urdu speaking in Sindh? Was it courts and Police?
