Very interesting indeed, an Oghuz group in the China, very far from others.

Salar/Salur is one of the original Oghuz tribes, they left their legacy in Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey, there are several villages named Salur in my region.

你好老乡，我也是河南的。是的，河南有很多回民聚集区，比如洛阳瀍河回族区，郑州管城回族区，开封顺河回族区。

是的，青海回民开的拉面也很正宗好吃，在外地的兰州拉面都是青海人开的。我在兰州呆过几年，我的意思是，在兰州当地，没有拉面这个说法，只有牛肉面。最著名的就是马子禄牛肉面。兰州马子禄牛肉面有限责任公司 我最喜欢吃这个，每次都要大碗加肉。
