Another train crash in china 280 people injured

One problem with this case was the failed signalling system, which was produced by a joint-venture between a company owned by the Railway Ministry and the French company Alstom. BTW, the signaling system that caused the Wenzhou crash was from the same company. I have to say I'm not surprised. The Railway Ministry and the French? There's no combination more corrupt than this.

The solution to this problem? First dismantle the relic that is the Railway Ministry, then investigate all French involvements in public works, I'm sure there will be a lot of bribery uncovered.

Problem with the French is, they have great creative ideas, it's just the implementation that goed wrong all the time.

A train crahsed happened in SL and people blamed India for supplying the parts.

The fact is crashes happens especially in developing nations, its best to learn from mistakes.

Well, CCTV already made a news coverage for this, and everyone knows it already.

One particular subway driver had committed a misconduct, which caused this tragedy.

Always suspicious when the guilty party is found before the investigation rather than after it. Makes you think those higher up are scrambling like mad to blame a worker before yet more corruption is found.

Thank goodness with so many injured there were no deaths this time i hope they make a rapid recovery.

.
I wish the Indian Railways accidents had a similar coverage on the fatalities it causes every year. We seem to have taken railway accidents for granted with no concrete steps to improve the safety of the passengers.

I hope China wakes up to scrutinize the deficiencies it has in its system and takes appropriate steps to prevent any such incidents in future. There have been many steps undertaken after the July HSR crash and I hope more stringent QC measures are adopted in railway safety. Thank god this incident didn't have any fatalities.

Of course, we always look at ourselves in the mirror first, rather than blame others first.

As i said before, they are not contemplating to find a scapegoat, rather they found the problem, and make sure how it could be prevented in the future.

Many Chinese experts already stated the job training for the drivers is enough to make them qualified.

So the next time, they will focus to make the drivers more qualified for their profession.

Many countries have a "ministry of railroads" but none are as incompetent as ours. but the facts remain, they deliver new technology. if everything in China was privatized, we will still be riding horse chariots.

on another note, we should learn to do without, if we can avoid importing foreign technology for things critical to national security.

you know that they will always look for a scapegoat. come on now. they at least treat the scapegoats better now, than they did in the Deng and Mao days. Why do the competent people like Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai and Hua Guofeng always get overthrown or marginalized, and the crazy dictators rise?

This is not the same.

Using a mere worker as a scapegoat is not realistic, and most Chinese people won't believe it.

But the fire building in Shanghai in the last year was involved with the local corruption, and many unknowledgeable peasant workers were treated as the scapegoats.

But this time was purely an accident.

RIP to the Chinese civilians. What I like about China is that they don't allow a problem to linger. This tragedy will obviously be of top priority in the Chinese government and will be fixed immediately, rather than putting it on the back-burner.

Maybe you should stop drooling and start reading.
The report says it was a accident with a METRO train, not a HIGH SPEED train.
That explains the high number of wounded (crowded metro lots of people standing) and the lack of fatal casualties.

More on topic:
Glad nobody was killed!

China has high speed train hasn't encountered any accident so far, but we also need to keep alert because of the mistakes done during the accidents from the last two months.

Any racist poster here?We are truly mongoloid people and mostly with sh*t coloured skin.

Well, no race in the World has the sh*t skin bro. :coffee:

Wish all the injured people a speedy recovery. A tragedy in China is a tragedy in Pakistan, & felt very deeply by the Pakistani people. :china:
