Before we try to judge,we must let the investigations to conclude.The Lankans,on their part have announced an investigation into the incident.But I do not understand WTF our navy or coast guard was doing???there were several incidents like the current earlier one but still no patrolling!!!!The fishermen could've received immediate help from the coast guard if the patrolling was done and probably a life could have been saved!!!It is time for coast guard to start patrolling!!!!!
