A PTI MNA was also killed.

PESHAWAR:The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has abolished 94 more police checkposts in eight different districts of the province under the directive of Chief Minister Pervez Khattak.
A press release issued here on Thursday, said that some of the checkposts had been abandoned and others were converted into mobile posts. “Most of the checkposts were abandoned in Charsadda, Karak, Kohistan, Swat, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Shangla and Chitral districts,” said a spokesman for the police.It merits mention that so for a total of 142 police checkposts have been completely abandoned in the province during the last two days.
