Another provocation by Chinese, deploying troops and building barracks near India

THis indeed is a provocation.. they are acutally buiding barracks for the soldiers..... and saying that is is for oxygen supply...

giving wrong reason to justify building barracks and increasing troops build up or capacity to hold thousands of troops in these plaes in case they want to move troops , which they can move very quickly.....

It should be looked at very carefully....indeed is a provocation that needs serious consideration...
