And I think most of the world - including yourself - know that in such situations Arabs tell whatever tale will portray Israel poorly. In such situations the Arab "eyewitnesses" always have cameras to catch any hint of Israeli misbehavior or anything that can portray an attacker as a victim. They publicized not a single picture depicting such. The Israelis, given the Arabs' past record, have to be accorded the benefit of the doubt.

There were literally a dozen soldiers AND police too there at the time. Are they all lying? did they all get together quickly and agree their stories and that each one would back the other up?

She decided to run at a soldier with a knife and got slotted. Not only was it deserved, but completely legal and within the guidelines of ALL law enforcements and ALL combat training in the world.

Perhaps Israelis will revise their training and equipment in light of these new incidents. Until then the soldiers have to stick with what they know in dealing with murder-minded martyr-seekers.

The record from previous wars is that Israel kills them or compels them into retreat; prisoners are comparatively few. During the '67 war the mass of surrendering Egyptians was so great that soon the Israelis only accepted officers as prisoners and simply pointed the rank and file to march westwards, back across the Sinai and the Suez Canal. So yes, Israel can deal with soldiers, but suicide-seeking martyrs are different.

Well releasing a CCTV footage of the incident would only further reinforce the unbiased world's view, of what a barbaric country israel is. Now we can't have that, can we?
