But
Pakistan is different when it comes to system of governance. Sure we have issues but we have an ideology to base our country to. like you do with the mythical 1066 coronation. Just because you have the masses busy with 9 to 5 does not mean the people are blind as to what exactly rules them.
India has no ideology to fall back unto. It is as diverse as Africa and as complicated as Middle East when it comes to forming a consensus on how governance shall take place.
And what ideology would that be?
The common denominator of Islam?

Your statements are especially funny when compared to Pakistan in the last 70 years, India has only grown in size with more independent ethnically diverse states joining the union, while Pakistan with its "strong as steel" ideological base is on the losing side of history on this scale.
But I do want to hear what makes the faultlines in Pakistan less pronounces than those in India.
