In simple words they have not made intelligent decision, can not manage the deal and lost money that's the thread is about.

They just throw money without doing market research and studies.

No...The Chinese investors took a calculated risk. No different than if any US or European investors would take such risks. A calculated risk does not guarantee success, it only mean that you have done what you believed to be 'due diligence' based upon information, hunches, market signs, and arguments of 'pros' and 'cons'. After you have done these things, whatever decision you make IS an intelligent decision. I am not going to narrow the definition of 'intelligent' to mean only success because millionaires and billionaires do not have 100% success records themselves.

The chinese companies have tried hard but Indian company have purchased it and now it have all the technology, assets etc.

The most important thing one likes to remember is that is related to this thread is that its not everyone's cup of tea to turnaround or run a successful venture.

This is the problem, when it comes to our enemity we justify it saying that "The other one started it" but we do not think or act like gentlemen when we see such threads. I have never indulged myself in any of the Threads that were aimed at rediculing Indians. I belive that my sane Chinese brothers can also do the same (not involve yourself in trolling because an idiot from the rival nation does it).
You dont have to defend your country here in PDF or I dont have to defend my country here in PDF when a troller has started a thread with the intention of inviting trollers by bashing his rival country.
