Anna brings the mighty Indian government to its knees
Salutations to the great Anna Hazare for bringing the mighty Indian government to its knees.
The Congress would have never thought in its wildest dreams that one common man wearing a Gandhian cap would torment it so much and make them eat their own words, come down on their knees and would be forced to accept the demands that Anna put forward.
Today is a golden day in India's history. Not that we have achieved what we wanted but atleast we have taken the step in the right direction.
We, the youth of India must take a pledge that we will not let this crusade against corruption die down, the flame must keep burning, our fight must never stop.
Alongwith the Janlokpal bill, we must also support Anna on the changes that he rightly seeks in our electoral reforms. "Right to reject" and "Right to recall" must be implemented across all elections.
My friends: Anna has given us a golden chance to take our country into the right direction, to make our system get rid of cancerous corruption creatures and to make our country a better place to live in. We must not let this chance go. I have not seen so much youth gather at an public gathering before. Anna has succeeded in this mobilization and now is our chance to achieve for our country what out freedom fighters had wished for.
