Last year i read an article in GQ magazines about animals are becoming more and more aggressive, and each year there is more and more reported animal attacks on humans. The most famous ones are...

Monkeys in Kenya fight for 2 hours with humans for water:

Kenyan monkeys fight humans for water

Reports from a drought-stricken village in
north-eastern Kenya say that 10 people were hurt
when monkeys attacked them for their drinking
water.
The Kenyan newspaper, the Daily Nation, says the
trouble started in Takaba - a trading centre in
Mandera District - shortly after villagers began
drawing water from three tankers.
A troop of obviously thirsty monkeys approached
the villagers and began biting and clawing at them
and throwing stones.
The villagers fled, leaving the monkeys free to
drink as much water as they wanted.
But the people returned later, armed with axes and
knives and drove them back, killing eight of the
monkeys.
The whole incident took two hours, and an official
is quoted as saying the monkeys stood their
ground and fought back, but eventually retreated.
Residents of the town who were injured were
treated at the local clinic.
Yesterday, aid agencies appealed for help in
dealing with a famine caused by severe drought in
areas across the Horn of Africa, including
north-eastern Kenya.

It has also been reported that, some chimpanzees are making spears our of branches using their teethes to sharpen the spear, and then using the spears to hunt.

The case for this aggressiveness is believed to be the reason of habitat loss.

Another case in India where 3 people were killed.

Monkeys are respected in India as reincarnations of gods, but due to deforestation they move to the cities and attacks people for food.

Food is running out in the forests, and the monkeys walk, run and climb the streets like domestic animals, and have started to search for food in people’s houses. However, the citizens do not give them food often, so the monkeys have started using force, write the media.

Three people have died in India as a consequence of monkey attacks, and there are a great number of people who have been bitten by monkeys.

“We sought permission from the authorities to capture two thousand monkeys. We have relocated them to a special, protected zone where they have enough food” said one citizen. The Indian media state that this problem is far from being solved, because in Hinduism animals are loved, and monkeys are considered to be a reincarnation of Hanus, the god of wind with a human body and a monkey’s head.

The citizens of Agra say that these sort of events are unheard of, whilst ecologists stress that the chaos came expectedly due to the forest areas in India being destroyed, and the monkeys are being left without their natural habitat. In Agra, in the Uttar Pradesh province which is in the north of India, monkeys most often chose passers by as victims, and steal food from their hands and mouth.

It is not Just the monkies that are becoming more aggressive. In 2007 there were many cases of dog attacks which killed a lot of people and believe it or not these dogs used weapons:woot::guns:. These cases consisted of the dog shooting their owners, with a gun. Most of the attacks were accidents, but these two were defensive.

The first one...

Man Shot by Dog
Puppy shoots Florida man, deputies say - Animal Safety- msnbc.com

PENSACOLA, Fla. - A man who tried to shoot seven puppies was shot himself when one of the dogs put its paw on the revolver’s trigger.

Jerry Allen Bradford, 37, was being treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound to his wrist.

Bradford said he decided to shoot the 3-month-old shepherd-mix dogs in the head because he couldn’t find them a home, according to the sheriff’s office.

The second one.

This was in the GQ magazine, not sure about the credibility, but a dog shot its owner, when the owner was brutally beating up his girlfriend.

Are Coyotes Becoming More Aggressive?

Wildlife specialist Robert Timm, of the University of California's Hopland Research and Extension Center, has documented some 160 coyote attacks and dangerous incidents over the past 30 years in California alone.

"There is an increasing problem with coyotes losing their fear of humans and becoming aggressive," Timm said.

"We've seen any number of instances where they came into a fenced yard and killed a small dog or cat," he added. "And we've documented pets taken from a child's arms or off a leash when being walked."

Working with Rex Baker of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and United States Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services staff, Timm has developed a coyote-attack computer database.

The researchers are using the tool to search for patterns of precursor behavior—actions that might signal when coyotes are starting to become aggressive toward humans.

The scientists are also searching for possible solutions to what they see as a growing dilemma. In many U.S. states booming human populations and development have led to more people moving into and living in traditional coyote country.

Wolf Relative

Coyotes are smaller, more solitary relatives of wolves. Coyotes once lived exclusively in the U.S. western Plains states. Today the adaptable animals populate every U.S. state except Hawaii and range from Alaska to Central America.

The problem of human-coyote encounters does not lie with those animals that live in their traditional wilderness habitats. Rather the problem rests with those wily animals that have adapted to life in suburban and even urban environments.

Suburban patchworks of cover, such as small wooded areas and brush, combine with open areas to provide coyotes with good hunting grounds. And in some major metropolitan areas, like suburban Los Angeles, coyotes have become a problem.

I remeber a bloody squirrel charging at me last month in newyork. lol
I thought it might have rabies. so jumped outta way.
I think its more because of their lask of naturla habitation and diet change when they get to city and human waste.

Manta's Ray

The Most famous string ray attack, was one of its kind, where a string ray managed to sting Steve Irwin right in the heart. No attacks have been reported before this for centuries, where an string ray managed to strike a lethal blow. After the Steve Irwin incidents there were hundreds of reports of people being sting by rays. The most famous from these was, where a eagle ray jumped out of the water and sting a lady right in the heart, killing the lady.
