Looking at the map it seems to me closest to Arakan/Rakhine state. So as Arakan belongs to MM now, AN should belong to MM. That should solve the dispute.

be happy man with what we have . East Pakistan didn't claim Andaman neither we in last 48 years so keep it to India or better to Indonesia as its very close to Indonesia then Bangladesh / India .

The Islands are Indian,let's get real here. The Indonesians have already destroyed the old claim by the ex-president and no other country lays a claim to the island chain. The Indian navy is also building a powerful presence there.
By the way there is plenty of killer Saltwater crocs there!
