I don't know. but i guess no, they should not fail. they are not very complex.

There is no dispute in the generation method but our poor country cannot afford huge 1000 MW park. They should have spent this money into multiple projects i.e. wind. Wind + Solar is a good combination. It can also produce electricity in night. But terrain matters. Solar is suitable for South Punjab and Upper Sindh whereas Wind is suitable for Upper Punjab and Kalar Kahar etc. These projects are good but mismanagement should be avoided.

100 mwatts is funded by punjab govt and bank of punjab , this model project is approved by the other 900 mwtts by Zoonergy which is investing now . It wont have any govt funding in it . This park is producing power at Rs 14 / kwt hr which is little expensive but it started producing in 6 months . Still i am paying at Rs 15 / kwt hr at my home bill . It is good as it is a quick solution to the issue and is very green energy . India is investing 20 billion USD in solar power .

The key difference between projects in the West and started by Patwaris is that in the West projects are audited and scrutinized by independent auditors.

Hence if a Western govt claims of having installed capacity of 100 MW, they would calculate the actual average power which is being generated and not the theoretical maximum which could perhaps never be possible even under the best of circumstances.

So stop giving analogies to Western projects. The fact is that these Sharif and their cronies are corrupt to the core and even in this case have taken grafts worth billions.

I am giving you advise and I am not angry. The fact is every human runs on psychology. You've heard of "nature can't be changed" right? What does this mean? Outside of certain quick urgent situations, 90% of the daily matters, we deal with, and make decisions, reactions, create strategies, happen based on how our personalities are and associated brain chemistry.

IK's comparison to NS and SS or all three of these with Zardari is incorrect. All are different personalities. IK and Zardari are a close match. Let's take a look, what kind of past IK and Zardari had? Women, Money, Alcohol, Gamble, and Corruption (IK in terms of match fixing and betting and there is more in terms if buying assets from party's money). Family structure, that creates normal decision making capability in humans.....both IK and Zardari have messed up family structures and have spent a lot of time outside of the country doing all these "activities" that others in this age think are wrong. But that's how they are, manipulative, power hungry, liars, and corrupt, whether they show or not.


Let's see, NS and SS? Both are married, have kept their families together, have raised children and grand children and they have been in Pakistan and will be. Unlike IK and Zardari, they don't have half fried families between Pakistan, UK, US and elsewhere. There is no confusion. If you talk to Zardari's son for two minutes, you can't see that kid being a freaking commissioner of Karchi or a small town with 30,000 people.

Let alone a future leader of Pakistan. I can see him being a mayor of Manchester or London.....to bring these kids into Pakistani politics is stupid. Zardari knows that too. But the greed, hunger for power and manipulative nature is making him push his son into this mess. Remind you, his son and daughters have said it many times, they don't want to be involved with Pakistan more than mere statements. Its Zardari who's pushing these kids into Pakistan's current system for political reasons and his PERSONALITY wanting more power, greed, corruption and.

IK is the same way, in the next 10+ years, I can guarantee it, his wife will be a Minister, no matter what he says. The guy made fool of the entire nation by lying and starting 80's violent politics. He lied to the government about sit-ins, times, dates, legal contracts, he lied to the media about his real power (not people, the third umpire), he lied so much, just to get power from NS and committed treason by attacking with a third umpire to sabotaged the country's system.

This is a simple profile, someone who lies, accuses, shows greed, has personal insecurities like I need power NOW because I am 64, has NOT done anything positive for the country or the entire state he represents, is looking for short cut to STEAL the power, instead of delivering to the people........you think such a person should be running the country? He has the government in KPK, but he's not done jack shiit there.....instead, he's too busy in trying to damage and break the system to steal the power. So stealing belongs to a thief, like Zardari, Altaf and add IK in there. These are three black and white examples of bad, manipulative personalities. When people lie to you and lie to you so much that it sounds reality, is it reality or is it propaganda and brainwashing? Did you know that Tareen with pride, used to give Hitler's media campaign examples in PTI's boards, that the more you lie, the more successful you'll be as people, after a while, hearing the same thing will start to believe its the truth.

Let's now compare IK and Zardari with NS and SS. Did they do corruption back in the 90's? I don't have proofs, but I am sure they did. But, did they change? Absolutely, NS after doing the button press in 1998, had realized he's made the history, he was the only PM in the entire human history, where an Islamic country became a nuke power. Can you take this away from him? Never. So when someone's names are written in the human history like this, it's natural to realize, how about you do right and put more of your name in the history. These guys are billionaires (were like that in their father's time, weren't made billionaires like Zardari through just corruption).

Now, they got another chance given by the people. The work they've started to do, is more than ANYONE (including their previous terms) COMBINED in the past 70 years of history in Pakistan. Can you take this away from them too? Never!!!

So here's a comparison, two people who deliver and may have had some wrongs done, but they've straightened themselves out. Compared to two other people (IK and Zardari) who in their late 60's, are still doing what they did in their 20's, Women, Drugs, Money, Corruption, Bullying, Lying, etc. Another example of this same mentality, is IK's marriage. Do you think its normal for a 64 year old man, to Mary a 42 year old woman (people retire from 30 year work in their 60s and are called "senior citizens", in many third world countries, the life expectation is below 60!!!

He did it for reasons other than actual marriage because at this point, he's over 60 if you know what I mean. This was all political. Now the purpose behind us going so deep inside these people's personal lives and all, wasn't to bash them. It was to show you hos psychiatry and psychology works and you can over 90% predict people's personalities, behaviors, actions and all. The one who hasn't done gambling, women, drugs, alcohol, murders, has little chances of becoming a criminal. But the one who has, will easily be somehow involved with these activities.

Nothing wrong with Solar project but only with the execution and handling of project. Its well known that foreign companies always cheat Pakistan, be it German or Chinese.
Difference, in case of German doing cheating no news are made, in case Chinese default media bashing is as innovative as it can get.
If Chinese company promise you in contract 100MW get ready to receive 50MW and if they promise quality rating 10 on scale 1-10 than expect it 5.
However, Chinese working on army projects seems to deliver 99% if not 100, so in the end its all about project management, lack of experience of executing large projects. Although it was a not a so large of a project.

Our citizens , specially in rural area do not have understanding on Solar energy. However much more is expected from so called "educated" analyst before they build their official reports on stuff that is clearly beyond their understanding

If Pakistan use just 1% of Baluchistan and lay Solar panels we will not need any hydrocarbon imports for electricity

There is a big lobby in Pakistan that does not wants Solar power to be main stream in Pakistan

b) That want the gas to be imported

May be some sub standard electronics may have failed or system integration was not designed properly, but again substandard is the issue, or perhaps IMF conspiracy to fail solar energy in Pakistan... seeing the specific propaganda i rather believe in later theory more.
If I tell people of Pakistan, how much solar projects India have executed in last 3 months... my country men may jump to roof.

Pakistan's Hydro Project makes 3,500 MW energy , which cost us billions to make 1960's

We are making 1,000 MW , in 2 Years. Which is a large amount , its great achivement if we complete the project becasue unlike PPP , who have only stopped Kala Bagh DAM , the government has launched a good project which is a long term project.
