bazurg with beard around 8:00 min is speaking majhi/central punjabi, good video to compare both.

Jhelum city speaks Majhi like that of Gujrat more or less, with a Potohari accent and some words. In rural areas, Potohari is predominantly spoken. A good number of Jhelumis also speak Dhanni(Chakwali).

I have watched the video again and bazurg is from Sarai Alamgir, Gujrat so make sense.

There is no such thing as ancient Pakistan. Because in boarder view if we see, that region was first under persians, then greeks then mauryans took over, then arabs, mongols turks afghans and later mughals then british finally Pakistan. But since this region was always called as hind or bharat in ancient records hence ancient india. There is no mention of pakistan.

Iam saying this because I have been corrected by many with logical debate. We will just become a laughing stock full of jingoism among nationalities. So please correct this.

A individuel in Pakistan could fit into any part of India, even West Bengal or Extreme South of India. This is not even open to debate. I have seen Pakistani's who look like Sri Lankans.

However this is not to say there are no differances. The way to look at is NOT differances between Indian and Pakistani. Look at the generic groups that make up both countries. So in Pakistan look at Punjabi, Pashtun, Sindhi etc

Are they differant from say Tamils. Of course they bloody are despite what I said in begining of this post. However are people going to tell me they can't see a differance between a Sikh and Bengali? Are you serious? Pashtun and Tamil?

The crucial factor is is the average mode. When you use mode then there are differances between Pakistan and India as the generic groups that dominate Pakistan are differant from India. The only shared people we have ( besides Mohajir ) is the Punjabi. However the Punjabi in Pakistan make nearly 60% of the country whereas in India they make less than 4%.

Have a look at the groups below.

1. x x x y y x z z z

2. m m m b b x z

In the above groups the mode is differant although both share x and z. There is some consistency but the mode is differant. This is simple nursery stuff.

Edit: Genetic studies have shown that Pakistan population has higher average of west Asian dna links then Indians.

Finally frigg all studies. Go to Islamabad or Lahore or Peshawar. Are you saying the crownds walking in the streets look are same as in Kolkatta or Dhaka.

If you believe that then there is nothing left to discuss.

They don't have to come anywhere in this age of youtube. Kolkotta is far away, here we are comparing so called North Indians from UP.

Lahore, video of Tariq Jamil. One can see many faces and average look.

I read somewhere he belong to zamindar family, and in other places as zamindar rajput. No idea about particular clan but he seem to be native. This look is not found among Indian rajputs from Haryana, Rajasthan, jammu etc, and many of them muslims have migrated to Pakistan after partition. So ''real'' Indian rajputs also exist in Pakstan.

Some Indians may be able to fit in Pakistan, but their unsophisticated accents, incense stick body odor, and head bobbling would instantly give them away.

Paksitanis are in desparate Identity crisis...They are not sure where they belong if they end up finding their lineage. They claim themselves to be more of arab but trying to find their root in ancient Indian civilization.....

Well at least we know where all of you Indians belong, in Guttar Pradesh.

Firstly many Rajput from UP and Madhya Pradesh falsely claim Rajput status ..... For example Royal Scindia family of Gwalior they were originally Marathas (Mix caste) but later claimed sisodiya Rajput of Rana Pradap clan.

Secondly Today's Rajasthan was inhabited and Colonized by HUNS and Shakas during 200 - 500 AD,they were indianised during this period and claim Chatriya/Rajput status.

unfortunately the original Chatriya of Vedic time gone extinct long ago.

Sakas and HUNS? In other thread you was making fun of Pakis being decendents of sakas, huns, arabs etc invaders and now proudly claiming mleecha origins.

The other day some indian guy actually claimed that baluch look like Rajhistanis.

Why would baluch or pathans would look like rajasthani? Baluchistan and Afghanistan saw many invasion from greeks and they changed the race there. Only after retaliation from the empires of subcontinent like nanda and later mauryan, few similarities started to show up. Other wise greek would have changed the race totally. And later mongols.

Well at least we know where all of you Indians belong, in Guttar Pradesh.

Most of the punjabis i know are bsically Khatris which also means baniya or merchant. And in Pakistan region khattis are dominant. I asked a few old people when i was in multan they said their village is a Khatri village and there were around 256 villages in south punjab known with only khatri population
Anyways.. This world is under globalisation.
