Congratulations on security pact with Mayor of Kabul.

no it's not a hoax, and i dont think it's a bad thing either. if they want to train the police and soldiers then why not, we need the help and it's fine to accept no matter from where it comes from.

google translate it from persian to english: ?BBC ??????? - ??????????? - ?'??????? ?? ????? ???? ? ???? ????????? ??? ???????'?

i was talking about the report in express tribune, it is definitely a hoax, otherwise such a big news would have made headlines in all the news agencies...

Who ever here dreaming of Taliban triumph after USA leave, are in there wet dream. USA will not let it happen. The report says that Afghan is willing to make their army like Indian army (secular and professional) not like Pakistani Army (Islamic and Professional). They want equal participation from all ethnic group rather than one or two.

Taliban can only dream of ruling Afghan. Now Russia and USA both want them out.

A very good reason for not taking help from Pakistan is the army's role in Pakistan

Pakistanis attribute a role to the army that is far greater than defence. Pakistani army believes that it is the protector of Islam and in effect can step into the role of leading the country in the right direction. This has significant problems for an institution that is ideally better of looking into a country's defence and not bothering the leadership by interference.

Indian army in that token is well behaved and I think that may be one of the reasons for Afghanistan to choose India over Pakistan among other issues.

I think it is not the question of choosing one over the other, for us, it is Afghanistan which is important--->not pakistan and not india, BUT having better relationships with both of you is a must for us.
