Lets face it...everyone takes losses at some point....Its how one fares on that day and depends on a ton of other conditions that may or may not be controllable......
If we were to go by the same logic, what conclusion should we draw based on the performance of Pakistani ground forces and the losses they have suffered wrt India in the 4 wars we have fought?
Frankly I dont see what difference there would be in the training of a PAF vs IAF pilot....except for the platform that they fly....
Some pilots get a lot more flying hours based on their role (aircraft/operational duty) and experience, others dont....same is the case for Pakistan....
Also to be considered is the level of experience each country's pilots get from participating in bilateral excercises such as Red Flag, Anatolian eagle etc. The different platforms that a PAF and IAF pilot flies against (eg. USAF, PLAAF, IsAF) adds a lot to the skills.....
Both countries have a pretty solid training base and one cannot just claim one is better than the other.....especially considering the entire force as a whole...
