How would india "prove" Hafeez Saeed to be a criminal in Mumbai attacks? indian agencies have no authority in our soil and can't conduct an independent investigation.

As for how would India prove that he is a criminal, well thats India's problem, if they can prove it, then they can have it. Any person involved in the killing of innocent people doesn't deserve our protection and definitely is not our national pride.
