What's new

An old Heart Patient Lady treated on Jinnah Hospital's floor and died.

Because this is a DEFENCE forum. You are perfectly free to go on Siasat.pk to discuss this news, where you'd find more people willing to talk about it,
Looks like you edited the Gupshup forum suggestion. I have nothing more to argue.

. . . .
I don't think such . Don't twist my statement.
There's no need to defame metro etc , they're equal necessarties rather work for improvement of health factor .

Ab ap b balochistan jesi baten kr rhy hin lol .

mate nobody is twisting your statement but if you have people dying on hospitals floor coz of lack of facilites and you are spending billions on metros then you have to set your priorities right.

.
Bhuttos, zardaris, shareefs, military, judiciary all are responsible for her death!

Fucking bastards built castles for themselves but wont give basic health facilities to Pakistanis!!

. .
Everyone but the people who vote for them like a revolving door.

Well, they gave you metro, underpasses, overpasses, in-between passes, side-passes, orange-,white-, green- trains.... but you are still crying for health facilities, education, peace and security, electricity, clean air, clean water...All the things which you wish for are secondary...you should rather praise the development work done by Qatil-e-Aalaa.

What does Metro or anything else (all national and strategic projects you are criticizing), have to do with a hospital's administration not caring for a human life?

Your hate for the people running the show is one thing, but don't you think you have gone too far? Any hospital in the world operates under the same laws and rules, that is, to save lives. Now if the doctors and the administration staff isn't working per their oath and responsibilities, they should be fired and the hospital should be sued to lose a human life in vain. What does a President or a PM has to do with this? This is a Civil court case, it can go to the SC and they can then recommend coming up with stricter protocols and governing methods that are set in place by the current law.

The silly reaction to everything makes no sense. Tomorrow, a depressed man will commit suicide and you'll blame his failed marriage or wife cheating on Metro Bus and Overpasses too? The common sense has to start kicking in at some point.

Funny that people are comparing metro with hospital..you always need modes of transport to get to the best hospitals..the lapse here is poverty...had she not been poor she would have afforded herself decent health care. Ever wonder why Pakistani economy sucks?? It is due to poor connectivity..it cost 1 to 1.5 Lac for transporting a container from Punjab to Karachi for shipping by sea to Middle East. This adds up cost and in total it means Pakistani goods are non-competitive against Chinese or Indians...despite having a lower cost of manufacture and lower cost of sea transit between Karachi and Dammam...

What we as a nation needs is population control because poor people reproduce poor kids...and when a poor couple has four kids..there poverty multiplied by four...we need reduced population..increased awareness about quality of life..and above all..means to develop a decent economy..basic infrastructure like electricity, transport, seaports, airports is what runs the economy...taxes earned by economy are used to provide basic facilities...if all income is spend on non-profit projects we will end up in socialist style collapse like Venezula...the economic sense of our nation is pathetic..they would tear down crucial infrastructure to build free health care for what gives is basically free resources to poverty stricken people for mass uncontrolled reproduction...When it comes to dealing with poverty there is always a redline which must be drawn with regards to population control...

They forget that a better transport is needed for reaching the best health care and job opportunities anyways...

Some serious thinking and action needs to be done in health sector.

The whole health system needs a revamp. Shaukat khanum model is best and works. No need for govt to provide free health to rich and affording.
Make health insurance linked with national id and any one who can pay goes to a private hospital... or pays in full in govt hospital..

Free treatment in govt hospitals must be for poor and only for poor..

There is no way we can give free health to every one in even a 100 years....

This will lead to less crowding in hospitals and people who deserve can be cared for...

Off course there can be several variations but basic concept shud be same..

Even rich countries like saudia require affording people to get health insurance.. this can be made part of job contracts and private firms can be forced to pay for their employees health insurance..

What has happened is criminal .....

Sir, a charity based Cancer hospital system will always run better than any Government owned or subsided facility. That's common sense and it is true even in the US. Our County hospitals (owned by the local county) are the choice for the poor. But while in an urgent / emergency situation, no one is denied treatment so we differ in that regards. But our healthcare costs are a lot more than the rest of the world for sure. In turn, you also get top line tech and treatment from the top hospitals. But that doesn't mean the entire US's poor population gets it. Only insured people do who have jobs, employment, etc, etc. So even the US has this issue. But any hospitals owned by a charitable organization like the Baptists, Catholic, Jewish, Seventh Day Adventist health systems have much nicer treatment than what's offered in the county hospitals.

So the point I am trying to make, is that the rich always get the preferred treatment (or may be middle class but with better insurance). So Pakistan needs to follow that process and come up with an insurance structure where people can get treatment and the hospitals make enough money to be able to further their R&D and create or use top end equipment.

I agree. I m not saying a single small hospital stud b made an example.. I m saying basically what you are also saying D...free health only for poor... affording get insured and go to private hospitals... emergency is completely different situation and emergency medical care cannot be denied even to enemy soldiers

OMG How delusional people can get..... use metro to reach a non-existent hospital or with inadequate and useless facilities :o::undecided::crazy:
...you are implying the Dr operated her on the floor because they hated her? Have you ever been to govt hospital in Pakistan before you typed the comment? The simple fact is there are not enough beds for patients in govt hospitals, because the goon-patwaris have opted to ...I mean how satisfying and convenient for a doctor is to operate a patient on the floor while an modern operation theatre was available...is that what you believe as your comment implies. So get your heads out of the sand face the reality.. And if you can come up with something positive then comment otherwise don't bother to quote my post just for the sake of killing the time...

I have no effing clue as to your point or even your senseless logic in your post. This isn't the first time, I am used to seeing it. You have a US flag so you live here, so how do you get to a hospital? Through various roads and highways right?

So if someone from your family gets put into this sad situation, you'd blame the Governor of your State for building roads and won't have any issues with the hospital management? WTF? There is a time and place for writing crappy statements. You just don't do it over someone's dead body and you are doing just that on this thread where a human lost her life.

How do they give visas to people with this mentality? Mr. Trump is right, we do need to drain the da*mn swamp!
